INSPIRE the growth of lacrosse through exhibiting at the 2nd Annual 2010 California Lacrosse Convention! This is your opportunity to take the LEAD in front of coaches, officials, players, parents and fans who are the key decision makers, and highly motivated to LEARN about your products and services.
The “VENDOR VILLAGE” is currently being organized! Exposure will be all day Saturday, November 13, 2010 starting at 8:30am-Registration to 5:30pm-Closing with a minimum of two specific “vendor village breaks” where no other classes will be in session. All convention attendees will be encouraged to visit the “VENDOR VILLAGE” during these time periods and also in between sessions. The set-up time will be a very short period on the day of the event, so vendors should NOT count on elaborate displays. The loading area has limited parking. Pop-up tents, pipe & draping, and other structural display items, if desired, will be the vendor’s responsibility but you are encouraged to provide enough staffing and appropriate dollies to make sure your display is ready by 8:15am sharp.
Each exhibitor’s space will be 8’ x 8’ in size. It will include one 6′ table, linen and two chairs. A Gourmet Boxed Lunch by Panera Bread is available for purchase ($10.00/cash only) up until 10:00am on the day of the event.

All vendors will be listed with their brand name and contact information on the California Lacrosse Convention website, within one week of receiving payment. A link will be given to each company website for additional sales before, during and after the convention. A single picture pdf. or logo can be submitted, if desired, along with a brief description of what items/services will be available at the convention.

Please read through the following procedures and information carefully to assure your day goes smoothly. The parking instructions below are for All Exhibitors!

All exhibitors check-in from 6:30am to 7:00am on Saturday, Nov. 13, 2010.

Set-up/Installation: 7:00am to 8:00am

All booths must complete their set-up by 8:15am, at the latest.

Each Vendor area includes: 1:6’ table, linen and 2 chairs.

Vendor Booths are open: 8:30am to 5:30pm, although some convention attendees may arrive EARLY!

Security of booth materials is your own responsibility, throughout the day.

Convention attendees check-in from 8:30am to 9:00am, some will arrive early!

A gourmet boxed lunch (turkey sandwich, water, fruit and cookie) may be ordered directly from Panera Bread up until 10:00am on the day of the event. Cost: $10/per person, CASH ONLY. No other food is readily available for purchase on the CSUF campus.

Convention attendees include Lacrosse Coaches, Officials, Administrators, Players, Parents and Fans. (Minors may attend with a supervising responsible adult.)

Please be patient, friendly and respectful with your fellow exhibitors and also the facilities at CSUF.

Volunteers will be available in the morning to help direct you to check-in at the Titan Student Union on the CSUF campus.

Temporary 30 minute parking is available in the morning between the hours of 7:00am to 8:00am.

Take STATE COLLEGE BLVD. and turn onto WEST CAMPUS DRIVE. Park in the lot closest to the Titan Student Union next to the “Golleher Alumni House” marked “G” on the following MAP

You will have “delivery access” to the back of the Titan Student Union where you may enter through an entrance marked with a sign saying: Exhibitor’s Entrance, California Lacrosse Convention. This entrance will give you a very short distance to transport your materiels from the parking lot into the building.

Don’t forget to bring your own dollies.

Convention ends at 5:30pm. All booth materials are expected to be transported out of the Exhibitor’s Space within 1 hour, by 6:30pm.
